-In the event of any product defect found upon receipt,
we undertake its immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer,
as soon as we are notified either by phone (+30 2428099484) or by email (info@magazakifysis.gr).
-In the case of a non-defective product, it can be returned if:
The date of receipt of your order and the date of submission of the return request must not exceed 10 calendar days.
The packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer bears the shipping costs.)
In each of the 2 cases, for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the receipt of the order.
